TOWNHOME SALES REACH 20 AT LAKE JUNE WEST

The third of four lakefront townhome buildings is under construction at Lake June West townhomes on Lake June according to Mike Chapman, the community’s builder and developer. “Ten townhomes in phase I are sold and occupied and ten townhomes in Phase II are now under contract with some units already closed” he added.

“I continue to love watching our owners trade BBQ secrets on the beach and enjoy the carefree lakefront living and watersports lifestyle that Lake June West has to offer. Over the Labor Day holiday weekend, Whitney Peterson, one of our owners, provided and smoked over 50 lbs of his competition BBQ beef brisket, pork spare ribs and pork butt for all of our owners!
