Lake June has a series of canals which lead to 2 additional lakes, Lake Henry and Lake Carrie. Fish commonly (& easily) caught include largemouth bass, catfish, bluegill, speckled perch.
You will find lots of spectacular bird species that call the shores of Lake June their home. You are likely to see Florida Scrub Jays, Herons, Osprey, Ibis, Egrets, Coots, Mallard and Wood Ducks, Sand Hill Cranes, Hawks, and even spot an occasional bald eagle.

Amenities include a newly constructed swimming pool, which is heated during the winter; 9-hole executive golf course; card/meeting room and a newly constructed 2-court tennis and shuffleboard arena.
