Our standard features and finishes are fabulous but you will have the opportunity to work with our designer to customize all flooring selections, cabinetry, granite, and paint colors to fit your lifestyle.

Can I make changes to one of the interior packages?

Yes, if your purchase is prior to or during construction. Some of our purchasers have increased door heights, added doors, changed cabinetry layouts, and even added wet bars and built-in BBQs.

How many Lakes are in Highlands County?

There are over 80 named lakes in Highlands County, many with access for fishing, boating, sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, or swimming. Our community even has a private slalom ski course right in front of our residences.

Yes. It is the most popular spring fed lake in the region where fishing, boating, sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, or swimming are enjoyed year round. Our community even has a private Accufloat slalom ski course right in front of our residences.

Is A Townhome A Condominium?

No, town home owners own their town home fee simple. There is no Condominium Association, however, you will have the benefit of being a member of a Home Owners Association (HOA) which maintains the building exterior and common grounds. Plus, the HOA fees are estimated at only $80 per month.
